Are Dry eyes or Red eyes bad?

I'm at the computer all day and dry eyes are just a bit uncomfortable (but they don't hurt or anything serious), but is dryness actually bad in the long run ?

I guess I could get drops or something, but I'm kind of cheap.

visine will not help you need drops like Tears Naturale
and if you are going to use it constantly , use preservative free one

USE VISINE OR SOMETHING and if you're cheap I dunno figure something else out there has to be something you can use or maybe you just need to get more sleep and it could also be from sitting at your PC all day too....

Yes, your eyes drying out can effect your eye sight latter.
Is a quick and easy fix to get some drops and start using them. After all I'm sure you like to be able to keep seeing.

uh lets see you say they dont hurt but there quite uncomfortable well then get visine eyedrops it will stop the dryness and redness and dont stay at the computer all day there are alot of other stuff to do
