Cure for dry eyes at night..?

sometimes when i play or watch a movie on the computer for about 3 hours and its past 6 or 7 my eyes tend to get very dry.. any one has a natural cure for this? i dont want to use any medicine.

I have an illness that causes me to have constantly dry eyes, so I can definitely understand how uncomfortable that can make you. I, too, do not want to take medication for this problem, if I don't have to.

You can go to most drug stores and buy natural tears. My eye doctor said that the best brand is Refresh. After trying many before it, I agree with him. There is Refresh and Refresh Plus, which is the one I would suggest you use. If your eyes are really tired at bedtime, there is a stronger one to use 鈥?it is Refresh Celluvisc. It can make your eyes slightly blurry for about 10 minutes as it coats your eyes. After that, they will be fine.

All three types come in little single-use tubes, rather than in a bottle. This way you can't get an infection from a bottle that has to be used over & over again. I think there are about 50 tubes in a box.

I use the Refresh Celluvisc twice a day; and it works great. However, if your eyes are just dry and tired, you would only need Refresh or Refresh Plus. By the way, these are natural tears; so they are very safe for your eyes.

set your monitor refresh rate to 60 or 70 hertz, take a ten minute break every two hours

Try a little olive oil. Just put it on the edge of your lashs and blink a bit.

Sterile Eye Drops HECL 44 they work well for me But, Check with your GP first, he can prescribe them they are on his list
