Dry eye syndome and relief?

Im 22 and have severe dry eyes I have used Thera Tears and Systane bothe preservative free eye drops and nothing really help get the red out I have tried every thing please help!

Restasis is an eyedrop for dry eyes but it requires a prescription. If you want to try one more thing before reverting to prescription drugs, try this:
1- Use "Soothe" eye drops during the day. They are thicker than thera tears and systane. Systane is usually enough though. Soothe is thick enough to blur your vision for a few minutes.
2-Before bed use an eye lubricating GEL. This will defenately effect your vision negetively due to its thickness, but it will keep your eyes from drying out at night.
If these tips don't work, go see your ophthalmologist and get a prescription for restasis.
P.S. there are tests that can tell your doctor which kind of dry eye you have. These cost an arm an a leg though so try my tip instead.

You might try Restaisis. Be sure to let your optometrist know you are having problems as it could be complications from something else.
