What medications use on a dry eye condition?

I have a whole cabinet on eye drops but nothing seems to work and then I thought creams, but eye creams (the specialized kind) do not work either. gels? anyone has gotten any good result on eye gels in dry eyes?

Optive is a good eye drop for dryness. There is also another drop called systane. Both are nice.If that doesn't help, make an app. to see your eye doctor.
