My eye is very dry and foggy what causes this? how can i fix this?

please dont tell me i need to go to an optomotrist or an optomologist.. the poiint in asking is if anyone else besides the docs have an idea ? lol thanx

If your wear contacts, did you use hair spray? If yes, clean hard lenses with dish washing detergent... soft lenses IDK

do u wear contacts? i wear contacts and that happens to me too. My eyes just get really dry. You could always try and use eyedrops

My eyes get dry with my contacts to. I just started using them about 2 weeks ago, and when i take them off at night, my eyes just get really dry! But my doctor gave me some eye drops for it. They are just to stop the dryness and redness.
