Dry Eyes - Contacts -Drs not helping me? |
Ok, I've worn contacts for about 6 years now. I've been to three doctors lets see if anyone else can help. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dry_eyes The only suggestion I can make is to get a pair of glasses and only wear them on the job or when you have to and give the contacts up. Let me tell you, I feel your pain! I've been to so many eye doctors with complaints of blurred vision, eyestrain, and dry eye. You would think they should know the answer. Eye drops aren't always good enough to help dry eye patients. For people with a lot of dry eye trouble sometimes they prescribe certain steroids to increase tear production or give you punctual plugs to block the tears from drying too quickly. I have not tried those options but maybe will. |
