My new born kitten has dry cold in her eyes and her eyes aren't even open how do i get it off?

dry cold? I'm not quite sure waht you are implying.

any thing that is outside of the eye can be wiped off with a warm damp face cloth. Anything in the eye can be flushed with saline solution but be careful with that.

Since I'm not sure what you are talking about, and you aren't able to articulate it very well, you might want to take the kit into a vet to be looked over and get a professional opinion about what is going on. I never mess with eye issues, as eyes are very delicate. Even more so when the kitten is so young and fragle. the wrong step now could cost the kitten its eye and even it's life.

Kittens are born with their eyes closed & don't open them for about a week, so if the eyes are looking normal, but are just closed, don't mess with them as they are ok. However, If the kittens eyes are encrusted or all swollen up or pus is oozing from them, then you need to see a vet - don't mess around with this as it is likely an infection picked up from the mother during its birth & if you try to home treat that, the kitten may lose its sight. The vet will probably use clean gauze & a sterile saline solution clean the eye area, then an eye ointment you can apply. A tube of eye ointment is not expensive - about $10 or less. If you can't afford a vet, contact SPCA or Humane Society & see if they can help you.

My kitten just got over that. Just gently wipe off the crust and eye boogers with a soft washcloth and warm water. Should go away in a few days or so

I would recomend the petkin brand kitty eye wipes, they gently cleanse the area around the eyes and prevent infection.
