Hi, I do not really know about those types of tortoises, but you have no answers so I wanted to help. I searched google and here is a page I found:

It says you should try soaking her in shallow water, but you'll probably want to read the entire page. Hope that helps somewhat. If I were you I would call a reptile vet and ask over the phone what recommendations. I also know that I have searched for reptile vets online for my turtles and I found a good one that answered my questions over email. Hold on and I will try to find his email address.

all you need to do is to is to let it be there it is just from sun bathing it is nothing to worry about
