Eyes feel a bit dry without wearing contacts ? |
I wear contacts every day for up to 12 hr. I can't remember the last time i did not wear contacts on a day, must have been 2 yrs ago. Yes, cos u have overwear ur contacts. the recommended hours to wear for normal lenses are about 8 to 10hrs. Thus ur eye has been affect for long term. Do change to those lenses thats allows u to wear for long hrs, and to let ur eye rest for one day per week if possible from wearing contacts. Lastly get a good eye drop like refresh plus. They do great to the eyes. wear them |
