What causes dry eyes? |
i just want to know what causes dry eyes. i'm interested in wearing contact lenses, but the optometrist said that i have dry eyes and some irritation around it, so i have to use systane and Refresh PM at night, but i haven't been using it lately b/c sometimes i forget and that i have so many errands to do and school that i don't have time to put it on. also with the causes, what can i do to prevent dry eyes other than using those products? or any other recommendations on products. The typical reason for this problem is potassium and general mineral deficiencies. Lick the top of your shoulder and see if you taste salt. If you don't, it is an indication you are deficient in salt and most likely electrolytes. |
