What can I do about my dry eyes? |
I am nearsighted, i have VERY dry eyes and they are also light-sensitive ive noticed. I wear glasses for computer and TV. The best solution for dry and strained eyes aren't drops at all. Eye Drops can actually harm your tear film and cause dependency! I use Natures Tears EyeMist. It's an all natural mist for dry, irritated eyes that is so fine it actually absorbs into the tear film. It's very convenient and refreshing and you can't use too much. Also make sure you drink lots of water. You may need to use eye drops ...like a saline to keep your eyes most. I think it would be best if you went to the eye doctor and had him check your eyes health and help you with the problem. Maybe you need to wear your glasses all the time. Try to blink a lil more or use drops for tonight. There are drops for your dry eyes (follow your doctor's advice) As for the light sensitivity, try wearing tinted glasses. I were contacts so when my eyes get dry i use OPTI-FREE rewetting drops you can get them at like walgreens and it comes in a little bottle get systane or optifree artificial tears Get contacts ! :) There's a Visine for that =D get eyedrops |
