If you had Dry skin, Dry Hair, Dry eyes what would you do? |
Would you just drink a crap load of water? I feel like if all these things are happening maybe something i am not taking in. Although i take multi vits almost ever day. What could i be doing wrong. I am starting to think its my hormones but I am a 22 year old male. Hmmmm moisturise twice a day, use tea tree shampoo and you can buy eye drops to help your eyes. keep drinking the water and taking your vitamins. if still bothers you go to your gp. I would maybe see someone to give you some professional advice. It could really help. apply moisturiser 4 skin and conditioner 4 hair regularly i would put some cream on my skin. |

The best solution for dry and strained eyes aren't drops at all. Eye Drops can actually harm your tear film and cause dependency! I use Natures Tears EyeMist. It's an all natural mist for... well you can use eye drops it might wrok. You can always use your glasses instead of the contacts too. If you still aren't satisfied...... and keep getting dry eyes then you should go visit... Put a warm, damp washcloth on your eyes. It will soften the gunk and make it easier to remove. You might have an eye allergy. There are over-the-counter products for that. Just ask your druggis... |
