Help with dry eyes & eye massage?


my eyes are constantly dry although i do use drops which don't seem to help. i've been to the doc but i got no news. how can i improve this and how can i perform an eye massage, my eyes are tired because i'm always studying plus i wear glasses, my vision is not perfect.

I've never heard of eye massage. But I had dry eyes after my lasik surgery and taking Omega 3 supplements helped considerably.

Also there is prescription medication you can take for dry eye relief. I'd ask about that.
