I have dry eye?

Does anyone know a good way to get rid of dry eye besides eye drops? I have a terrible case and I always get it the day after I drink. I don't know if anyone has this, but it is painful like a stabbing pain in my eye.

Try closing your eye for at least 15 minuets, or blink a lot. That should help.
Artificial eye drops is a must, get rid of alchol, eat food rich of Vitamin A e.g. Liver meat and Carrots

My son has the same problem and he has to put in fake tears the rest of his life the Dr told us until they come up with something Else
