Is alcon eye drops good for dry eyes?

It depends on what alcon eye drops it is. Alcon is a name of a drug company which has a line of eye drops (different brands) for different eye conditions.

BTW, Systane (an Alcon product), which is use as an eye lubricant was recently recalled in the US.
The best drops for dry eyes are Systane or Refresh tears.
Refresh eye drops are good!
