I would recommend seeing an eye doctor to see if it requires more attention.

Best thing is a cold water wash few times a day. You can buy a special glass (looks like miniature Champlain glass that fits your eye, with water in the eye glass; you look down and open and close the eyes. It opens up clogged tier duct so in few days you do not have dry eyes. Tiers are nothing but mainly salt water and few other thing, dry air causes the salt to crystallize and block the duct, by using the wash you are able to wash the crystals out(kind of dissolves the crystals). If you do this, in few days your problem is over, you can use the procedure as needed and when needed. It is almost free, once you buy the eye glass or eye cup (cup does not have stem, it comes in set of 1 to 25 both have different quality in glass, crystal material or plastic material).

Buy a good one and keep it clean. Any clean drinking water is good for this use.

My friend had this problem and he went to an eye specialist. The doctor prescribed "Add Tears - Eye Drops" from Cipla.
Neomycin eye drops. For some people, soframycin eyedrops works well.
Before i started doing meditation and teaching it seven years back, I used to apply the above eyedrops to prevent dryness especially in summers.
