Is there any DEFINITE treatment for Dry Eye disease(watery)?is it curable?

i want 100% effective treatment for my dry eyes(watery) disease.i did a lot but none of those worked.

Drinking eight to ten glasses of water each day keeps the body hydrated and flushes impurities. Make a conscious effort to blink frequently 鈥?especially when reading or watching television. Avoid rubbing the eyes.
Take Fatty Acid pills and eat almonds and pecans, take vitamin A.
Wear sleep mask when you go to sleep at night.
Depends on why they are dry. One thing ophthalmic surgeon can do is surgically 'plug up' the opening to the lacrimal duct (called the lacrimal puncta) which drains tears. Blocking it prevents tears from being drained. That way, they remain in/on the eye surface longer.

Most other methods are not 'definitive'; that is, they just moisturise the eyes.

Hope this helps.
Why not try homeopathy? Use Euphracool eye drops and Euphrasia - 30 pills both.
what is "definite"? nothing... don't loose heart... keep on trying, also try Yoga, there are one or two exercises for eyes, watch swamy ramdevji maharaj on aastha channel every night at 8.15 to 9.30, or contact your nearest yoga centre, continue other medicines or treatments.
