Contact lens wearers...how much better will my dry eye be if i wore glasses instead of contacts?

your eyes are going to feel so MUCH better. don't put your eyes through that torture, wear glasses until your eyes feel better.
use some eye drops in the meantime.
100% better.
About the same. If you use eye drops frequently throughout the day ( 4 or 5 times) then your contacts shouldn't really dry out.
it depends on your eyes. personally i wear contacts and have never had a problem with dry eyes. maybe if you switch types of lenses you're using it would help with the problem.
It depends on if the dry eye is caused by the contacts, and if so, yes; but if you have genetic dry eye, then glasses won't help that much. I wear contacts and I usu. have rewetting drops on me in case my contacts get too dry during wear. Talk to your eye doc, he will be able to guide you.
Oh man... you will feel much better if you wore glasses instead. Your dry eye will dissapear.
You should ask your eye doctor. They make contacts that help reduce dry eyes and that are supposed to be more "breathable". My husband switched to Oasys ...he is very satisfied.
