Dry eyes please help me ??

I suffer from dry eyes i have been now for over a year. I use artifical tears and an eye gel wich worked before. For the past week my eyes have become really dry even after i have put the drops and gel in. I dont no what i should do please help me.

Maybe your somewhere dry, i mean the weather, I suffer from the same for years (due to eye laser surgery) and the artificial tears still work. So I can not say what it is from.
Do you cover your eyes when you sleep? that can be the reason.
like I said go to the doctor.

The dry or rough feeling you experience after you put the drops in isn't really dryness, it's your eyes adjusting to the difference in moisture/pressure.
Go see your eye doctor - there's a new prescription eye drop available which is supposed to be able to cure the long-term condition (not just temporarily soother the effects) of dry eye.
well i was about to tell you i use visine for the same problem you have,'dry eyes' it was recommended by my optician.I dont know if you have visited an optician yet but if you didnt be sure to make an appointment.
You may want to consider seeing an eye doctor. There could be a blockage in your eye's ducts that is preventing tear production. If so, they can reopen them with little or no discomfort to you.
Go 2 the doctor's. You should have gone sooner.
