I suffer from dry eyes i have been now for over a year. I use artifical tears and an eye gel wich worked before. For the past week my eyes have become really dry even after i have put the drops and gel in. I dont no what i should do please help me.

u can use punctum plugs. you have tiny dot punctums on your both eyelids near the nose from which tears drain. in dryness you need to keep them not to dry up cornea transparents part of your eye. so punctum plugs are making those dots smaller and you will have less tear outflow and more woisture in eye. by the way when you use computer do you have good work ergonomics?
