I have Dry eye Syndrome in my right eye and im wondering how long it will last. I've had it for over a month now and its really annoying because i cant wear my contact lenses.
The 2 people I know that have it say it's permanent. One day their eyes just stopped producing the oil that helps keep the tears on the surface of the cornea. One had the drain, which I always thought was a tear duct, plugged, which helped keep the tears in the eye longer. They both blink alot. i hope yours clears up, good luck
if its not caused by medicines or a specific irritation then likely you are stuck with it for life.
