I do not see any mention that it would be helpful for dry eyes. You can read all about EPO and it's benefits here

I have read that evening primrose oil is good for dry eyes. Check out the book Prescription for Nutritional Healing (Prescription for Nutritional Healing, 3rd ed)
by Phyllis Balch, James Balch. That is where I read it. It is a great book.
