Low energy? Dry eyes?

Anything in my diet that could account for low energy and dry eyes? I also have dry skin that I can't get rid of, but it is winter, so I'll write that off. When I say low energy I mean it takes me a looong time to feel awake. I've tried a variety of eye drops for my eyes to no avail.

I've heard that fish can help with both of these problems, but it wasn't from a doc or anything so I don't want to trust that. BTW, I rarely if ever eat fish, so that's why I'm willing to give the idea a chance.

So, any dietary tips, or any tips whatsoever. Just want some help.

vit.E/ & lots of water
Really could be anything. You should be taking a multivitamin daily. See a doctor if your conditions worsens.
I would increase my water intake, avoid caffeine, and yes omega-3 fish oil can help. You don't have to eat fish to get the benefits of the omega-3 though, you can get it at the drugstore, or you can get a prescription for Omacor which is also extra strength fish oil.
Go to the doctor and get your thyroid levels checked.
I'm a nurse
With a combination of dry skin, dry eyes and low energy. I would go to the doctor and ask for a thyroid screening blood test
