Why do i have dry eyes , even though i keep using eyedrops?

You should see your eye doctor to make sure that you don't have an underlying condition that's causing your eyes to be dry. Your doctor can recommend a treatment regime that will work much better than the one you're using now.

Preservative-free drops are better, and may help with the dryness. Plus, try using them several times a day for a while until your eyes start creating their own moisture a little better. (I've had dry eyes for years)

GenTeal is a good brand. I use the 'mild' one now, but if your dry eyes are severe, try the 'moderate'. It's thicker than usual eye drops.
Look up the symptoms of Sjogren's Syndrome( I think that is the correct spelling ) .. just to make sure there are no additional complications. Yes, there are natural treatments to alleviate the discomfort ... Good Luck :)
