What can I do for dry eyes? |
I wear contacts and yesterday I went to the eye doctor and was told my eyes were too dry so I have to stop wearing them for 2 weeks until school starts.....she gave me these special eyes drops, but they still don't seem like they're gonna work. I put eye drops in like 2-3 times a day. Are there any foods I can eat that make your eyes less dry or something like that? Sometimes you can't tell that something is working. Follow what your eye doctor says. Lots of medications don't feel like they are working, but they are. Also, so medications have a delayed effect. There are two natural supplements that will help.
