Why do I have extreme dry eyes, vaginal dryness, & numb limbs?

I recently developed extreme dry eyes (to the point where I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm in extreme pain from blinking I have to apply more night liquid drops) and I have MUCH less moisture "down there". I also noticed that my arms and legs go numb very easily now. Also, I've never had dermatitis, but I developed it on my face recently too. I also have severe itching in my vaginal area, right before my period usually (only in the clitoral region). I took an antibiotic to get rid of a strep infection in my system too (but not sure if that's related to all these issues, or if it's gone all the way).

I feel like I'm falling apart, but I'm in my mid 20's! I'm not taking any medications now, but I feel that these are all somehow linked but I have no idea what's wrong with me or what kind of dr. to see - my eye dr. says I have to find the root cause of it to help cure my dry eye issue - I'm worried it may be something really wrong with my system going on...please help!!

You should go to your family doctor and have a blood test done. You may have some kind of virus or a gland disorder.

You're not drinking enough water!!!

See an endocrinologist.
check this out with a family doc, someone who specializes in internal med. you may be dev. an auto immune disease such as lupus.. worst case.you can also see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for you dry eyes you may need punctal plugs.

This sounds like an endocrine disorder, and it is important to get it treated. Go to your doctor armed with a specific list of symptoms you are having, and ask if they think it could be an endocrine disorder. This should get the ball rolling. Good luck! Sometimes they need help connecting the dots, especially if you are seeing different docs each time you go to the office.
