Are there any cures for dry eyes?

I use moisturizing eye drops now...because of the computer and such...its kinda pricey, like 9 dollars for a little bottle, but it feel so cool on the eyes...
you can try artificial tears
Restasis is the best prescription medication from chronic dry eyes.
Ask your opthomologist to see if it right for you.
drink more water...especially if your eyes look yellowish.. your eyes usually tell what is going on inside of your body..
It depends on what causes dry eyes. Taking Omega 3 and using artificial tears usually will help. But if it is a medical condition, your doctor would be the best one to let you know what can be done to cure it.
