I would either check with your eye doctor or a pharmacist for eye drops that would help.
Buy artificial tear drops for the daytime and get some eye lubricant for the nightime.
That a B2 (Riboflavin) deficiency. Go get a good multivitamin B complex supplement from you local chemist. Foodwise, make sure you eat foods with B2 - whole grains, organ meats, egg yolks, legumes (peas, beans & lentils), nuts and blackstrap molasses. Easy to see why so many people are B2 deficient isn't it !!!

i work in aged care and old people get dry eyes all the time and we use Refresh, PVA, or tears naturale (all eye drops) you can find them at any pharmacy. good luck

My own eyes
I have extremely dry eyes and the best relief I get is by using eyedrops for the dryness. "Tears" is one; Murine helps, and there are numerous others across the counter.
