Has anyone been left me with dry eyes because of Accutane?!?

I鈥檓 wondering if anyone has taken Accutane, which definitely cleared up my acne, and been left with dry eyes because of it. I did have dry eyes during Accutane and it seems like they鈥檝e been dry since then, which was about 3 years ago. They aren鈥檛 extremely dry, just sometimes, like at night. I used to sleep almost with my eyes open and now I really have to shut them tight and I still wake up with a hard time moving my eyes around they鈥檙e so dry. Can it affect hair too?! It used to be really curly at the bottoms and it isn鈥檛 anymore. Has this happened to anyone else???!!!!

Hi, I didnt have that problem while on it but I lost 84% of my bone mass, which is a side effect. You could actually push in on my forhead or any bone on my body and it was like mush, like sticking your finger into thick jello. Very bad side affect. I was put on it for boils, it worked for that but ai had to stop due to losing my bones...it was either my bones or boils. I chose my bones.
The side affects are terrible with that drug and so I wouldnt doubt that what you are going through is a side affect of it.

i have also had dry eyes. and many other negative effects from accutane. such as it nearly KILLED me. i got severe depression, insomnia and the worse case of anaemia my doctors had ever seen. it shut down my immune system and slowly started shutting off my body's functions. the moment i stopped taking accutane my body recovered. be very wary about anything to do with accutane.
