When i wake up my eyes are very dry inside and have to move then? |
about a bit to make them waterthen i can open my eyes i also go to bed and asleep but have a headake that wakes me up its at the front my forhead but when i get up my headake stops hurting plus my mouth gets very dry in the middle of the night Make sure your room is very dark and that you drink some water before going to sleep...it is normal for some people to sleep with their eyes half open which with the air and light tend to get dry, cover them and the headache should go away...as for the mouth have water before going to sleep either you are dehidrated or you sleep with you mouth open either one is normal just drink water. see a doctor I You have dry eyes. I use eye drops that have a lubricant in them to soothe my eyes better. You should talk to your eye doctor about this condition. He may be able to prescribe a medication that will help. |
