Dry, sore skin around and under the eyes!? |
I have really dry, sore skin under and on my eyelid. and its really painful. My Mum says i need to keep my hair out of my eye and its not helping. It happened aboout 3 week ago when my eyes were really sore. Then I got my new glasses. I thought it was because I wasnt wearing any, but its got worse.I keep rubbing my eye, my eye gets bloodshot. I cant put any Mosterisuer on it because it really stings. And people at school notice as well. Im not using any make-up differently and nobody has used any of my make up. I really need help because it affecting my eyesight HELP! I've had the same thing happen to me. And it did occur after I started using a certain eyeshadow. Firstly, you shouldn't keep any makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow, foundation) for more than 6 months. It's just not good for the skin, and its prone to collect bacteria. That could also be affecting the way your skin feels. stop the make up u usin U might want to consult a doctor, if it's affecting your vision. Before things may worsen. Quit using the make up for a couple wks and see if it goes away. It may be an allergy from it. If you use the make up when you have an eye infection the make up is infected and needs to be thrown away. You may also have an eye infection see your eye Dr. or call for some antibiotic drops. I just got glasses too and I believe it has something to do with that, my eyes have been affected and so has my vision, but I work 11+ hours daily and I haven't been able to go back to my optometrist, the glasses cracked in the corner and I've got to take time to go back with them, I've had them at least 3 months now and it's not getting any better. I think we may be allergic to something in the glasses. I ordered transitional lenses, I wonder if I am having a reaction to that. I've never worn glasses before so the whole experience has been unnerving!!! Sitting infront of the computer won't help you either. |
