Cousin eating Disorder?

Ok so my cousin has had an eating disorder for a few years now, she goes to a doctor for it, but she's not getting better. She's puking up blood. The doctor told her mom to start looking for full-time places and told her to live with her mom not her dad. her mom called a place and she might get in but the inserence might not cover it and if it doesn't then she can't go. Tonight I had to listen to the hardest thing ever, she called her dad and he was just making her feel bad about not living with him anymore. She was just crying and saying she was sorry and that she loved him but she feels like he doesn't love her anymore and that she so afraid. I cried. I don't know what to do to help.
What I do to help her?
She's my cousin but she's one of my best friends.

I'm not asking on whys to help her lose weight. she weights like 85 pond to dieing from being to thin.

Your cousin need to develop healthy eating habits and not be an emotional eater. Have her become an emotional exercisers when she is stressed. Just pop in tae bo and workout .

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
