I have eating disorder right? lol?

Last year during fasting time i was not eating during the day and was basically eating once a day. i think i got used to the routine so much that i've been doing it ever since, maybe 1-2 meals a day, but not alot, dont have the apetite for food as i did before.

I used to eat alot, now i've lost alot of weight to be honest, from 14 odd stones to 12/11 to 12/6 and now 11/12.

And im 6'1, never realy looked fat, but now i lost all this weight, i feel healthier, more energetic.

So people, is this a big problem? Should i make an appointment with my doctor? lol

let me know, thanks!!

The period of all this is from october to january.4 months? lost 2 stones?

what is stones?? sorry i dont live in europe so u need to convert that to lbs so we can answer ur question. r u a girl or guy?

ok.. well ur still within a healthy range for ur height. Thats good that ur happier now and more energetic. But u shouldn't b losing any more weight or u will need to c a doctor.

i'm just curious about why someone would put "lol" in a question about eating disorder..

see your dr and maybe a dietitian just to ensure you are getting the right amount of everything and to regualte the intake to a more reasonable level, but good for for losing the weight and feeling better.

Eating disorders involve serious disturbances in eating behavior, including unhealthy reduction of food intake, severe overeating and/or dangerous methods to prevent weight gain, such as self-induced vomiting. Severe eating disorders may result in serious health consequences including death.

Patients can be diagnosed with an eating disorder at any age, but they most often develop during adolescence and young adulthood. More women than men are diagnosed with eating disorders.

The most common types of eating disorders are anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. Other, less common types of eating disorders include pica and rumination disorder.
