I think i have a workout and eating disorder?


Recently of past i think i have become addicted to working out, and not eating correctly.If i feel hungry i walk to the fridge, and say no to myself im trying to lose weight and instead drink water instead. I do eat food though, mostly just breakfast and dinner.

Im 15, 185 cm, and am trying to lose weight. I was 95kg, now im around 87kg, but i feel like the work im doing i should weigh less, is it becoz of the extra muscle iv put on? I bench press 60kg and do 20kg dumbells. But i also go for bike rides and skipping.

please eat correctly. you need to have at least three good meals a day, especially since you are working out so much. Also, drinking water when you are hungry is only a good solution for in between meals, not for skipping meals.

dont starve your self because when you eat your body may store more fat from the food because the body thinks you may not feed it

95 kilograms is a lot of weight. If you mean 95 pounds, or 87 pounds, than yes I think you do have a problem, and you should get help if you ask me.
