My parents think I have an eating disorder!?

I DONT!!! I'm a vegeterian so I don't eat the meat they try to give me and they keep telling me I need a therapist or a doctor! I am a normal weight for my age and I eat enough! Help!!!

Don't have this conversation over the dinner table.
Don't argue with them over this, or react in some other emotional manner.
Sit them down, tell them you want to have a conversation wth them. Inform them you are a vegetarian and you should have information you can hand-out to them so they can learn what that means. Educate them, not scream at them, or argue over fine points they have wrong.
In ending, you should further inform them that they may not like the choice you made simply because it is different than their lifestyle but it is your choice and they'll have to accept it because you will not change to please others.

This is how I'd approach the entire matter with my parents if I were a child facing this matter.

go get fat lol

tell them u dont and that u dont eat meat and if that doesnt work then ummmmm... keep saying NO

I would make a food diary. Write down all the foods and the amounts that you eat everyday for a few days or a week. YOu can go to a web calorie counter such as fit day.com

It will tell you exacptly how many calories you are eating, how much protein, carbs and fats.

It will tell all of you how you are doing and make your parents stop worring. My daughter also does not eat meat but she does drink milk, eat yogurts and cheese as well as peanut butter and nuts so she gets plenty of good fats and proteins.

Good luck
