Hello everyone ^_^ You want to take in as many calories as you use up (or more). So use online calculators to figure out how many calories you're burning doing a given activity, and then try to make that up by eating more. Healthy foods will help fuel muscle growth, especially proteins, carbs, and some unsaturated fats. hmm that's tough,,, i would suggest eating alot of protein and maybe lifting some small weightsif you want to build some muscle which you probly dont have much of , i'm sure adding some muscle would make you feel and look alot better, but I'm afraid if you do any cardio you will lose weight and that wouldn't be good,,,,, since you weigh so little now i would get a professional opinion, maybe talk to a trainer or nutritionist,,, good luck!! go to a nutritionist |

It sounds like you may be suffering from EDNOS which may evolve into anorexia or bulimia.
