What to do when you think your getting an eating disorder...? |
As in becoming obsessed with food and exercise and throwing up after eating too much... my best friend is anorexic. its tough. you do NOT want to end up in hospital, she has lost a lot of her friends, and do not go that way. eat if you think you are getting one, chances are you aren't. Eat more. Change the recipe. Have lunch, dinner with family/friends. Research for healthy foods. Think that u can't eat after u r dead! So eat when u r alive... When u feel like eating everything you see.... |
