Depression.

What are you eating? Depending on what you eat you can really make your blood sugar high which would make you tired. You could have diabetes, you could have mono, you could be depressed. Most people don't realize they are depressed when they first find out. They end up going to a physician for some ailment and they later find out that the real problem is that they suffer from depression. Regardless of what you or I think, the answer will only be found by seeing your doctor. Only he/she will be able to properly diagnose your problem.

ummm....you're not pregnant are you?

Well, it sure "sounds" like depression, but it could be other things instead (or even along with depression). You said you are not depressed and that you feel right, but I question that. First of all, look at your name "trust no man". That shows me that you have had some problems with men in the past and they still weigh heaviliy on your mind. You are sleeping all the time and when you aren't sleeping, you are eating. Those are CLASSIC symptoms of depression. Many people don't "feel" depressed but their health and circumstances indicate that they are. Is not a socially bad thing to be depressed like it was way back when. We all get depressed at some time in our lives. Some get over it quickly without any overt symptoms while others stay depressed and exhibit the signs and symptoms of it. Depression is a CHEMICAL IMBALANCE and is not something that can be made up. Medication can control depression and allow people to have happy and productive lives.
Other things to consider:
Do you have any other health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, hypothyroidism?
Are you pregnant? Remember, you can be pregnant and still have periods.
Do you take any medications that can cause excessive sleepiness?
Do you have any type of sleep disorder?
What kinds of food are you eating in between your naps? If you are eating high carbohydrates, fat and/or sugar, then you can expect a quick drop in your blood sugar about 2 hours AFTER you eat those things which will make you very sleepy. Eating a lot of carbs, fats, sugars will pep you up for a short while, then your body will fatigue quickly when the high sugar supply runs out.
Ask your doctor about the sleeping disorder Narcolepsy. The fact that you are sleepy all the time is not a single indication of Narcolepsy, but it's something that should be checked out. Please go see your doctor. You're only 21, don't spend all you time sleeping and eating. There's a lot more to life than that! Good luck!

Being an American.

I'm sorry. I couldn't resist. :-) It's possibly mononucleosis, but this is not the place to ask. See a doctor.
