Problems. I don't need help because I don't have an eating disorder gahh. My sister does.?

I only purge after binges, I just don't want to have that much food in my stomach blah.
It isn't a disorder, I usually eat at least 1200 calories a day like is suggested, I know its bad but it is just for a while till I lose some weight, I weigh 120, 5'5".
Anyways, I know my sister has a problem, she hardly ever eats and when she does she takes really long showers after, or doesn't eat for a while after, my mom is worried abotu her, but not me because obviously I don't make it obvious, I have lost like 2 pounds anyways. She is not fat, she weighs a little bit more than me but has totally different proportions, she looks about the same weight.

Anyways I asked her I think last night what she ate that day, and she got really pissed and started screaming at me, she said that I only said it because I am covering up for my own issues, thats a lie, i think? Idk.
If I try to tell someone it would make me a hypocrite gahh so confused.
I don't know what to do, help?
for her not me

She doesn't know about my habits and she doesn't know I know about hers.

first, YOU don't need to lose weight you're not overweight. Secondly, if you are binging and purging in order not to gain weight you have a problem too. it really hurts me that girls and women can't just enjoy life and worry about gaining weight all the time. You both have a problem and need professional help. I hope you both get comfortable with who you are.

Well even though you have good intentions. you need to know and admit that you have a problem also. when you get help for your self then you can help her. I know that you dont think you do. But I know you have good intentions. Please seek help for both of you. Go to the docter with her. Or tell your mom.

u both need help even though u dont think u do. barfing after eating is soo not normal sistah girl. 120 pounds is hot! guys dont like sticks and sick chix who barf everytime they eat. tell a guy that and see how hot he thinks u r! get help b4 u weigh 10 pds. ur sister too. y the long showers?

sounds like you are both in denial. you both need help now. you know what you do leads to death. you DO know that, right

You need help. Throwing up to empty your stomach is a sign of a problem.

SEEMS LIKE UR BOTH TRYING TO COMPETE WIT EACHOTHER AHAHA.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.

there's lots of diet tips on the net if u want some, u dont really need to barf it all out.

i understand that ur only trying to do it for awhile but still dude barfing? its gonna develop into a habit, trust me.

If u cant talk to ur parents ask ur school counselor for help. im sure ur school provides one...

Sorry, but if you throw up to lose some weight, even just for a while, then you have a problem. Why is it that you have to eat that much in the first place? Newsflash, eating a regular amount of health foods and exericising regularly will get you skinny without all the puke. No, sorry, I don't accept that. Although your sister also sounds pretty bad. Why is being skinny that important to you girls? And why are regular methods of losing weight that have worked so well for others AND with the added bonus of keeping them healthy so hard to do? You both need help.
