Im obsessed on my weight. Could this turn into some type of eating disorder?

I dont count calories. Im 107 and 5'5 Im light though nautrally, I have tiny bones

i was the same as you and then i was diagnosed with anorexia. You're young and you don't need to worry about such things as you're still gowing. Just let nature take its course and then do something abnout it if you need to, that is if you are overweight in later life. At the moment, you are fine

I'm the same i always round up how many cals i've eaten a day and aim for eating under 1000. But i aint skinny or anything.

don't let it turn into that.

you are just someone worried about a stupid thing.

as long as you are a healthy BMI (appropriate weight for your height) then you are OK.

don't obsess about this too much. no one in the end will really care. and you'll end up just being a loser if you do.

That is a broad question. It can lead to insecurity and depression. Obsessions can take over your life if you let them.

two scenerio's 1) obsessed and 2) concerned.

I always weigh my self each day, I love to eat and flucuate 4 lbs up & down. I make myself concious of it, so if I go up, then I watch what I eat. And maintain my weight.

Yes. It's one of the ways it starts.

It's a lot better to focus on *results* - how strong you are, how far and how fast you can run, how flexible you are - than on numbers you obsessively measure over and over like your weight or size.

ya if ur counting calories and u only weight like 120 then yes that could turn into one, or is one already
