How does somebody know if they have an eating disorder?

is it something they acknowledge? or something they dont realize they have until someone points it out to them?

even if someone eats restricted calories and drinks laxatives and constantly thinks about stuff like that?

its both
but if there constintly drinking laxatives and thinks that there fat even when there not
then they deff have one
but thinking about your weight isnt a bad think
people should be aware of there bodies
