How do middle age adults end up developing an eating disorder? |
I have a relative (No it's not me! Really) who is trying to develop an eating disorder, Namely, Anorexia? I found out by one of the sites she visited online. She has never been overweight. She exercises and is outgoing and fun. I don't know :( |

But tbh, I thought its more likely for teens to get it... ...its both but if there constintly drinking laxatives and thinks that there fat even when there not then they deff have one but thinking about your weight isnt a bad think people should be awa... Hi :) well first of all.. if u feel guilty and want to throw up because you ate cereal, lollies, a bread roll, chiken biscuits and pizza u might indeed have an eating disorder now the first step ... I use to be like that.Every time I looked in the mirror I saw a cow but I only weighed 105 lbs and I am 5foot 8inches. It was very unhealthy. Take a break once in a while. Run every other day and y... i was the same as you and then i was diagnosed with anorexia. You're young and you don't need to worry about such things as you're still gowing. Just let nature take its course and t... first, YOU don't need to lose weight you're not overweight. Secondly, if you are binging and purging in order not to gain weight you have a problem too. it really hurts me that girls an... there's no magic number of protein to get; just eat a balanced diet of carbs, protein and fats with adequate energy to fuel your daily needs and do weight bearing exercises. Counting calories... I imagine they must have noticed you are that thin. Maybe you could write a letter or a note to let them know of your iussues and ask for help ? ... |
