I feel like I am developing an eating disorder...? |
...I obsess about my weight all of the time, I genuinely feel fat. I am 5'6 and weigh 120 pounds but even though t doesn't sound a lot it is dispersed in a way that makes me look fat. My shoulders are big and so are the tops of my arms, and my bottom looks fat. I just hate myself and the way my body looks. wat a shame u dont realise this is the effect of media. its all these godforsaken so called models hu are made to luk beutifull. just remember they arnt real. ur probably young and are going thru that insecure stage in life i feel like im uglly sumtimes then sumtimes i feel wow luk at my skin. im like you, i have broad shoulders because i have big bones this could be why you think your fat. these are some exercises you could do I've never had an eating disorder, but i have "disordered eating." I hate my shoulders too, ive been kinda obsessing about my weight to and trying to lose weight but thats only b/c its summer soon so that mean BAATHING SUITS! i dont think i have an eating disorder im just determined to be fit , talk to someone about it, youll feel better Best to see your doctor, your still young and you shouldn't be feelling like that. |
