I feel like I am developing an eating disorder...?


...I obsess about my weight all of the time, I genuinely feel fat. I am 5'6 and weigh 120 pounds but even though t doesn't sound a lot it is dispersed in a way that makes me look fat. My shoulders are big and so are the tops of my arms, and my bottom looks fat. I just hate myself and the way my body looks.
I exercis and can't shift any weight at all.
I really never want to eat now and I used to love my food. I am 24 and fed up of feeling this way.Has anyone else been through this?

lisen eating disorders are serious . in bulimia u have an obsessive desire to be thin these people have the need to control their weight which dominates all other emotions and food becomes the central issue of their lives.
jus dnt stress e happy wid urself one thing which will boost ur confidence is taking model pictures of urself. dress up luk nice n get sum1 to take pics of u so wen u feel down u luk at em n feel satisfied.

im like you, i have broad shoulders because i have big bones this could be why you think your fat. these are some exercises you could do
for the tummy sit ups or reach down to your toes and stand back up (this will also strengthen your hamstring muscles)
legs running bike (in the house or outside) walking machine
to shift weight from the majhority of your body steppers, rowing machines,sometimes running machines, and yoga can all help

you can still eat what you want but go for healthier options and smaller portions. like instead of fried chips oven, instead of a chocolate bar fruit.

I've never had an eating disorder, but i have "disordered eating."
I go through phases of obsession, try not to eat, then binge, then feel ill, and ive been close to heaving MANY times.
I found other equally bad ways of coping, but they don't actually help so i wouldn't bother..

It's normal - you just gotta learn to love what you got - try standing about a metre further away from your mirror - you don't see the minor imperfections other people see, and tbh you must only be a size 8-10 coz im 5'6" and im like.. 140lbs.

I hate my shoulders too, ive been kinda obsessing about my weight to and trying to lose weight but thats only b/c its summer soon so that mean BAATHING SUITS! i dont think i have an eating disorder im just determined to be fit , talk to someone about it, youll feel better

Best to see your doctor, your still young and you shouldn't be feelling like that.
