ANYONE on here recovered from an eating disorder with hypnotherapy?

ANYONE on here recovered from an eating disorder with hypnotherapy?

Hello

I have had an eating disorder & I am a hypnotherapist.

Yes it can help, but you would have to find a hypnotherapist who uses a technique that is beneficial & expect to visit many times. ED's cannot be resolved in a single session.

Pam

i'm sure there are many who have. i want you to be one of them.

i don't have an eating disorder. never did. i am okay with being a little pudgy. i like my food. i try to focus on healthy, nutritiously well balanced meals and snacks.

i hope you are continuing with the hypnotherapist once you realize that there are many ways to moderate your behavior,
you will find that you have talent worth pursuing. put your energy into that,. focus your control on positive, creative endeavors that make you feel good about yourself.

join a support group. you need to surround yourself with people who support your desire to get well.
