Please dont say i have an eating disorder. do i?

every time i eat, i feel like i want to throw up. I only actually have twice. I only eat about 1200 calories a day. the most i eat at a meal is 600 calories. ugh! i am 5'6 and 130. 13 years old i want to lose 5 pounds but i cant. but back to the problem. I want to feel normal after i eat
the 2 times i did make myself but yeah...

you may just be experiencing nausea. try taking some pepto about 30 minutes before you eat and see what happens. 1200 calories a day is a normal intake for someone of your age and weight who is trying to lose weight (i had a trainer before who recommended i try get about 1250 calories a day). however, your current weight with your height is a healthy weight, so i wouldn't recommend trying to lose weight. if you want to firm up, then work out regularly. PLEASE don't ever throw up your food on purpose... it can do a lot of damage to your body, including damaging your teeth by the erosion from the acid in your stomach. that acid coming up can really damage your digestive system.

Technically your body weight isnt quite low enough for an official anorexia diagnosis and you dont throw up enough to be bulimic but it does sound like you're developing some sort of eating disorder.
I would suggest going to your doctor because the sooner you get help the easier it will be to stop and the less damage you'll end up doing to your body.
On your own, all you can do is keep your body healthy but the important thing is to sort out your mind so that your weight doesnt affect you this much.
Please get help as soon as possible before you do further damage and seriosuly well done for noticing you have a problem.
Take care. X

Anytime you force yourself to puke that is a problem. When I was younger, I used to go out drinking, and when my stomach was full of drinks, I used to force myself to puke so I could continue drinking. I had a drinking problem, and you have an eating disorder.

Go to the doctor. Sounds like it is probably stress. It could turn into an eating disorder but I don't think you are there yet. talk to your parent, teacher, school nurse, etc. and get to the doctor.

an eating disorder wouldn't be the place to start. ruling out any physical causes would be -allergies, intolerances, crohn's, depression etc. can all effect your appetite.

I used to feal the same way. Just eat something sweet (dessert). It helps bring down the food you just eat. I also recommend chewing a piece of gum after every meal.
