If you're recovering an eating disorder....? |
Can you still find a way to lose weight Have you consulted a nutritionalist. They can offer you soultions to eating healthy, well-balanced meals that will help to restric caloric intake , but keep your body in a "normal" weight loss pattern. Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat. Yes, you can have full blown anorexia and still be overweight or whatnot, but just start going for good walks every day, and dance to music that reminds you of what you love. And eat well. Keep healthy food in the hous, make it a habit, but just focusing more on being HAPPY to do what you do is going to work way better than <300cal and diet pills. You're a normal weight. Maybe you need to drop the boyfriend if you just want to lose unsightly pounds. Old joke, but think about it. |
