Do I have an eating disorder? Please help me?

This past year I've been feeling so fat. I throw up after meals/snacks, avoid eating, skip meals, blah blah. But hasn't everyone? I used to 'twang' my wrist with an elastic band as punishment for the amount of food I ate that day, I may start again.

I try to eat as little as possible but tend to binge some days and feel SO guilty and throw up after almost every meal. The longest I've been without eating is only a day and a half, could've been more but my parents came back from manchester and cooked =/

My friends say I'm 'so skinny' blah blah. One boy has accused me of being anorexic but he doesn't know me at all. Some moan to me they never see me eat, I tell them I'm fine and I do.

I hate everything about me; face is too fat, heads too big, legs are fat, arms are blobby, hate my tummy and etc. I used be happy with my weight but no now feel so ugly.

I'm 15 and have told no one as I don't want the attention can someone please tell me what's wrong or am I just exadurating?

I'm in recovery for anorexia now so i feel your pain. It definitely sounds to me like you are suffering from anorexia. People with anorexia see themselves as "fat" while in reality they are very thin. Punishing yourself for eating is not a normal, healthy behavior but is common in anorexia. The fact that you are afraid of food and see food as the enemy indicates you have a problem. Plz seek help right away before things get worse. A therapist/nutritionist team can help you get back on track and back to your happy self.

Good luck and Take care.

I'm recovering from an ED right now, and trust me, as much as you do not want the attention (i did not either.) you need it. You will never get better otherwise, and yes, you do need to get better from it or else you will end up very, very sick. (sicker.)

yes you definetly have one you should try to have someone with u when u eat and try not to punish yourself for eating u have to eat to servive and u should try to just work it off

SAME HERE! (except I STARVE.) I need help with my anorexia. So if anyone can help, plz answer this question too: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

I hope u recover :)

this is exactly what im going through.
