Do I have an eating disorder?...Please help...? |
Ever since 4th grade, I've worried about my weight, and watched what I ate. I took off a ton since then, and now I'm 5'3", 115 pounds. Everyday I count my calories on my food, and if I eat more than a cup of cereal for breakfast and an apple and crackers for lunch, or have gone over 500 calories I get in a really bad mood and I HAVE to go to the YMCA to work out sometime that day. I'm constantly looking at my body in the mirror and nothing ever seems to please me. My boobs are too big, 32D and in 8th grade...my hips are too wide, legs too thick, arms to flabby, etc. I always wish I could just take off a few pounds, like 10 maybe, and I'd be happier. I've had a problem with throwing up my food about 6 months ago, but I quit when my boyfriend threatened to tell my mom...and plus I wasn't losing much weight by doing that anyway, so it wasn't worth it. god, 115 lbs 4 a 5'3" person is the perfect weight! otherwise that means i need 2 lose some weight... You definitely do. Your mom is oblivious to your disorder. It is a serious problem. You arn't exactlly that thin. Normal weight for a person of 5"3 is 120-130 pounds. Depending on your age acctually, but it seems as though since your rib cage is at 32 you are quite thin. |
