Does this cause an eating disorder?


i khave been skipping breakfast and sometimes lunch a sleep. should i eat more than two meals a day? thanks so much

i do eat three meals a day my friend wanted me to ask this question.

It could lead to an eating disorder if you aren't careful.
Skipping meals will actually make you gain weight as your body will store more fat if it is unsure of when it will next get a meal. 3 small healthy meals a day is the best way too look good.
Skipping meals will give you bad skin, hair and teeth. You will also be more likely to get saggy skin as your skin will lose its elasticity.

Yes, you should eat three meals a day. Unless you choose to eat smaller meals, then you can eat very small meals every two to three hours.

Everybody misses a meal from time to time though, just make sure you're not neglecting your health or losing nutrients.

i dunno. i sometimes skip breakfast and lunch too but im fine..
