I had an eating disorder and now I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way but...? |
I don't like eating in front of people. Not even my parents, friends, strangers, no one. The thing is I gained a lot of weight and now, trying to be healthy and lose it, I'm trying to eat small meals every 3 hours to speed up my metabolism. Since I'm in school this is hard for me. I'm allowed to eat in a few of my classes, which is good because one of them is exactly 3 hours after I eat breakfast, and I get hungry but it's so hard to eat in front of everyone. I feel like everyones watching me and they ARE because I'm kinda fat!!! But I always eat something healthy like one of those Fiber Bars or a fruit bar or something..anyways, I just want to know if anyone could help me with this situation.. It sounds great that you have had an eating order and have found a way to live with it. That is great. next is that you are doing something sensible to balance out your weight now. Since it's hard to eat "meals" that often in a school structure, you'll probably want to look to high-fiber snacks instead. They have the benefit of being quick to eat and to be filling as well. How much do you weigh? ibet your not fat at all. you just think you are!!! |
